8. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon
full payment, ownership of any final deliverables will transfer to you.
We retain the right to showcase completed work as part of our portfolio
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
We
are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited
to the total amount paid for the service in question.
10. Amendments
These
Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated to
you, and continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance
of the updated Terms.
