Project enquiries
With your consent, we collect your name, work email, company, selected priority and project description to understand and respond to your request. Website enquiry details are encrypted in our application database. An enquiry notification with these details is sent to the NBS enquiry team by email. Approved enquiries are also sent to our NBS CRM for follow-up.
AI project assistant
When you use the AI assistant, your conversation and selected requirements are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, access keys, personal records or confidential business material. The assistant does not submit an enquiry until you review the brief and consent to sending it. AI suggestions require assessment by our team.
Retention
Website enquiry copies and their delivery copies expire after 90 days and are removed by a daily routine. An active delivery may finish before removal. Operational backup copies can remain for up to seven additional days. Records already received by the CRM are managed separately for the business relationship; removing a website copy does not remove the CRM record or the enquiry team’s email copy.
Website operation and external links
Essential session cookies support form security. The hosting service processes technical connection information to operate and protect the site. Following a WhatsApp or other external link takes you to that provider, whose privacy practices apply.

Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page-view and completed-enquiry events, browser and device information, and online identifiers to help us understand website use. Analytics cookies distinguish visits. We exclude contact details, enquiry text, chat messages and URL query values from these events. Google processes this information under its privacy practices, which may involve processing outside Saudi Arabia. Choose Necessary only to decline, or change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. The website and enquiry forms work without analytics.
